Question for fine dining wine drinkers?

xolinds asked:

Can you give me your favorite

1. white wine, (one moderate and one high price)
2. red wine, (one moderate and one high price)

I would like this information for serving my guests at the fine dining rest. I work at which as a world class wine list since I am not a wine drinker.

  1. You can only recommend a good wine if you know what everyone is eating. Every fine wine will be served according to the dish.
As for pricing. Where I live, the price of wine will be much cheaper than the UK or USA. Here are my favourite wines.
Moderate white is a Rueda (Spanish)
Expensive white is a Pouilly Fuisse (French)

Moderate red is a Torres Coronas (Spanish)
Expensive red is a Fuentenarro 2002 (Spanish)
